Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, thinly sliced into strips
- 4 bell peppers, 1 each of yellow, orange, red, and green; sliced in thin strips
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 medium sweet onions, sliced thinly
- flour or corn tortillas
- 2 avocadoes, sliced thinly
- sour cream
- salsa
- sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- tomatoes, sliced thinly
- green onions, cut into 1/4 inch lengths
How To Make fast fabulous fajitas

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Use a large baking pan and spread out chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Must be in single layer. If can't be in single layer, use 2 baking pans that can be in the oven at the same time.

Step 3Mix up chicken, peppers, and onion and drizzle olive oil over all.

Step 4Mix up oregano, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin. Sprinkle over all the mixture on oven pans. Toss meat, veges, and oil, until completely coated.

Step 5Bake for 10 minutes. Use spatula and stir up everything. Bake for another 5 minutes.

Step 6Turn oven to broil and broil for about 3 minutes until everything is a little charred and crispy.

Step 7Ready for everyone to make their own fajitas using corn or flour tortillas depending upon your individual preference..
