2Mix together garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Pour marinade mixture over chicken strips, mix around to coat all pieces of chicken, place in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3After chicken has marinated.
In a pan heat oil and stir fry chicken, onion and green pepper until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 - 10 minutes.
Serve on flour tortillas with toppings.
