Although egg substitute is plentiful in the stores nowadays, thought I'd post this for those who are in a pinch and can't get to a store, or if you raise your own birds and have eggs. I just use egg whites, but takes 2 to equal 1 egg in recipes.

How to Make Egg Substitute


  1. mix all well with electric mixer 30 seconds, or in blender
  2. store in airtight container in fridge up to a week, or in freezer 1 month
  3. 1/4 th cup serving : 88 Calories
    Fat: 2.3 gcholesterol: 2mg
    Sodium: 158 mg
