Although egg substitute is plentiful in the stores nowadays, thought I'd post this for those who are in a pinch and can't get to a store, or if you raise your own birds and have eggs. I just use egg whites, but takes 2 to equal 1 egg in recipes.

Ingredients
- 8 - egg whites
- 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3 - drops yellow food coloring (opt)
How To Make egg substitute

Step 1mix all well with electric mixer 30 seconds, or in blender

Step 2store in airtight container in fridge up to a week, or in freezer 1 month
