Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1-1/2 cup italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/3 cup melted butter
How To Make easy tangy chicken strips

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk. In plastic, resealable bag, mix together bread crumbs , parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and dill.

Step 2Dip each chicken strip into egg mix, then fully coat w/ bread crumb mix. Place chicken strips, in a single layer in baking dish. Drizzle chicken w/ butter. Bake 15 mins, turning chicken over after 8 mins.
