Easy sweet & spicy chicken strips.
honey, preferably organic
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1In bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce, whisk well.Lightly salt and pepper the chicken strips.
2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
3Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until it thickens. You can also sprinkle w/ some cut up scallions for more flavor. Serve over rice.
