Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey, preferably organic
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons frank's hot sauce
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
How To Make easy sweet & spicy chicken strips.

Step 1In bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce, whisk well.Lightly salt and pepper the chicken strips.

Step 2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides.

Step 3Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until it thickens. You can also sprinkle w/ some cut up scallions for more flavor. Serve over rice.
