Heat oven to 375. Spray lightly a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chicken.

Place chicken in even layer in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered 45 mins, basting w/ pan juices.
