Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    bone-in chicken thighs, try to get good sized ones.
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic

How to Make Easy sticky lemon chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spray lightly a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Place chicken in even layer in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered 45 mins, basting w/ pan juices.
