  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of salt & pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 - 16 oz bag frozen bell pepper strips w/ onions, from bird's eye.

How To Make easy spicy chicken tenders stir-fry

  • Step 1
    In lg bowl, combine sugar, paprika, salt and pepper and cayenne pepper. Add chicken, stir to coat. Cover, refrigerate overnight. The next day heat oil in lg skillet over high heat. Add pepper and onion mix. Cook, stirring until soft. Add chicken. Cook, stirring for about 5 min.
