How to Make Easy roasted pepper chicken
- Cut pockets into thickest part of chicken, cut up the peppers and stuff some of them into the chicken pockets.
- Place bread crumbs into a plastic, resealabe bag. Place cchicken, one at a time into bag, shake tto coat. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Place chicken in pan, cook about 10 mins. Flip chicken over and cook another 10 mins,
- Cop any remaining peppers and place in a bowl w/ sour creaam. Whisk together. Cut each chicken in 1/2, place on plates. Drizzle w/ sour cream mix. Sprinkle w/ feta.
