- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 - egg whites
How To Make easy pecan-crusted chicken breasts

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg shallow bowl, beat egg whites lightly.

Step 2In another shallow bowl, combine pecans, parsley, salt and chili powder. Place each chicken breast in egg white, coating both sides.

Step 3Roll chicken in pecan mix, coating both sides. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 -25 mins, or until cooked through.
