1-1/2 c
pecans, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
chili powder

How to Make Easy pecan-crusted chicken breasts

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg shallow bowl, beat egg whites lightly.
  • 2In another shallow bowl, combine pecans, parsley, salt and chili powder. Place each chicken breast in egg white, coating both sides.
  • 3Roll chicken in pecan mix, coating both sides. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 -25 mins, or until cooked through.
