Ingredients For easy pecan-crusted chicken breasts

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1-1/2 c
    pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2
    egg whites

How To Make easy pecan-crusted chicken breasts

    Heat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg shallow bowl, beat egg whites lightly.

    In another shallow bowl, combine pecans, parsley, salt and chili powder. Place each chicken breast in egg white, coating both sides.

    Roll chicken in pecan mix, coating both sides. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 -25 mins, or until cooked through.
