1-1/2 cpecans, finely chopped

2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

1/4 tspchili powder

How to Make Easy pecan-crusted chicken breasts
- Heat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg shallow bowl, beat egg whites lightly.
- In another shallow bowl, combine pecans, parsley, salt and chili powder. Place each chicken breast in egg white, coating both sides.
- Roll chicken in pecan mix, coating both sides. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 -25 mins, or until cooked through.
