Ingredients
- 1 - 12.5 oz can swanson white chunk chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 cup favorite salsa, i used hot
- 1-1/2 cup frozen kernel corn, thawed
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups crushed, baked tortilla chips
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
How To Make easy mexican chicken soup

Step 1Stir chicken, salsa, corn and broth in lg saucepan. Heat to boiling, over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring for 5 mins. Place 1/3 cups tortilla chips in bottom of serving bowls. Ladle soup over chips. Sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese into each bowl.
