- 2 large boneless chicken breast, 1" cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, u may need a bit more
- 2 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, slicd thin
- 5 cloves garlic, gratd
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
- 1/4 teaspoon chili sesame oil, optional
- 1 tablespoon chopd scallion
- - salt n pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (mix with 1 tblspn of watr)

Step 1IN A LARGE HOT PAN (or wok) HEAT OLIVE OIL. SEASON CHICKEN WITH ONE TSP OF SALT N 1/2 TSP BLK PEPPER. IN TWO BATCHES BROWN CHICKEN 3 MIN. EACH SIDE....REMOVE TO PLATE N CONTINUE WITH SECOND BATCH :)

Step 2IN SAME HOT PAN ( U MAY NEED TO ADD ANOTHER TBLSPN OF OLIVE OIL) ADD BROCCOLI N CARROTS COOK FOR 3 MIN OR UNTIL CARROTS R TENDER...ADD GARLIC N SAUTÉ FOR 30 SECONDS. ADD CHICKEN BAK INTO PAN.

Step 3ADD CHICKEN BROTH, HONEY, SOY SAUCE N SESAME OIL THEN ADD CORNSTARCH SLURRY N STIR....COOK ON A SLOW SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.
