  • 2 c
    swanson canned chicken drained and flaked
  • 3/4 c
    grapes, halved, i used green grapes and red grapes
  • 1/4 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped shallot
  • 3/4 c
    light mayonnaise, i used hellmans light
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make easy crunchy, fruity chicken salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg bowl mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate until using. Serve on top of lettuce leaves or on a croissant for an elegant light sandwich.
