I got this recipe from Swanson's site and they are yummy! The only changes I made was to use reduced-fat cheese and light sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 4.5 oz can swansons white chunk chicken, drained, flaked
  • 1/4 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 4 - taco shells
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
  • - light sour cream

How To Make easy chicken tacos

  • Step 1
    In a 1-quart saucepan, stir chicken and salsa. Heat over low until bubbly, stirring often.
  • Step 2
    Arrange lettuce in shells. Top w/ about 1/4 cup chicken mix. Top w/ tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
