Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into stirps.
- 2 dashes sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 4 cups no-yolk noodles, cooked and drained
- - parsley for garnish
How To Make easy chicken stroganoff

Step 1Heat 1 tbsp butter in lg skillet, over medium heat. Brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken and keep warm.

Step 2Heat remaining butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring, until tender. Add soup and sour cream. Bring to a boil. Return chicken to skillet.

Step 3Stir and cook for another 5 mins, or until heated through. Serve over noodles. Garnish w/ parsley.
