Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into stirps.
  • 2 dashes sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can fat-free cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 4 cups no-yolk noodles, cooked and drained
  • - parsley for garnish

How To Make easy chicken stroganoff

  • Step 1
    Heat 1 tbsp butter in lg skillet, over medium heat. Brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  • Step 2
    Heat remaining butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring, until tender. Add soup and sour cream. Bring to a boil. Return chicken to skillet.
  • Step 3
    Stir and cook for another 5 mins, or until heated through. Serve over noodles. Garnish w/ parsley.
