When Turkey goes on sale (Nov and Dec)I make this potpie with leftovers, and freeze them, for easy pre-made lunches.

Ingredients For easy chicken potpie

1 lbcubed chicken or turkey

15 ozcan veg-all, or you can use 1 bag frozen veggies

10 3/4 ozcan cream of chicken soup

2premade pie crust
How To Make easy chicken potpie

1Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, veggies, and cream of chicken soup.

2Place a pie crust in a deep dish pie pan. Smooth to fit. Pour in chicken mixture. Top with other pie crust. Crimp around edges to seal. Cut three slits into crust in the middle

3Bake for 20 minutes.

4If you are making the pies to be frozen. I have found that it is best to cut the slits before freezing. Then I wrap the pies in plastic wrap. Pies can be baked frozen, just allow extra cooking time.
