1 lbcubed chicken or turkey
15 ozcan veg-all, or you can use 1 bag frozen veggies
10 3/4 ozcan cream of chicken soup
2premade pie crust
How to Make Easy Chicken Potpie
- Preheat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, veggies, and cream of chicken soup.
- Place a pie crust in a deep dish pie pan.
Smooth to fit.
Pour in chicken mixture.
Top with other pie crust.
Crimp around edges to seal.
Cut three slits into crust in the middle
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- If you are making the pies to be frozen. I have found that it is best to cut the slits before freezing. Then I wrap the pies in plastic wrap.
Pies can be baked frozen, just allow extra cooking time.
