mix veggies , cream chicken , cream mushroom in bowl. preheat oven 375°

boil chicken till cooked, cool then debone, once deboned mix with other ingredients

pour mixed ingredients into 9 by 13 baking dish top with biscuts bake bout 30mins or till dough is golden
