This is so easy to throw together on a busy week night. We eat every bite with no leftovers! You can always use fat free cream of chicken soup to lighten it up.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth, low salt
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegatables
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick melted butter

How To Make easy chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Boil vegatables in chicken broth until tender add cooked chicken and cream of chicken. Stir well. Salt and pepper as desired. Pour in a greased 9*13 pan. Top with crust mixture. Bake on 375 for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
  • Step 2
    Crust: Mix flour,milk and meted butter and pour on top of pie
