THIS IS A GLORIFIED BREADED CHICKEN CUTLET...BUT GIVES IT QUITE A BIT OF FLAVA N LOOKS IMPRESSIVE :)

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless chicken breast, cut into cutlets. then egg n bread them n fry out...i got 9 of them.
  • 1 large onions, sliced (more onion, okay)
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, choppd

How To Make easy chicken n wine

  • Step 1
    AFTER FRYN OUT UR CUTLETS REMOVE FROM PAN N PUT ASIDE.
  • Step 2
    IN SAME PAN U FRIED OUT CUTLETS ADD A LITTLE MORE OIL TO PAN AND SAUTE ONIONS JUST TILL SOFT THEN ADD WHITE WINE.
  • Step 3
    ADD ROSEMARY N ADD CUTLETS N SIMMER COVERD FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES....ENJOY :)
