easy chicken marsala
This tastes as good as any restaurant; and is very easy! You can use a good quality Marsala wine of your choice. I find that I like it better with the sweeter kind.

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken cutlets, pounded thin
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons butter (do not use margarine)
- 2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups marsala wine (i use a good sweet kind from the wine section)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy chicken marsala

Step 1Dredge the cutlets in flour; shake off excess.

Step 2melt butter and sautee the mushrooms until browned. Remove from pan once they are browned.

Step 3Add olive oil and heat until very hot. Sautee the chicken until it is white throughout.

Step 4Add the marsala and simmer about 3 minutes.

Step 5Add mushrooms back in, parsley, salt and pepper.

Step 6Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
