How To Make easy chicken dinner for two
-
Step 1Chicken I took the two chicken breasts straight from the freezer added the seasonings on top, poured a 1/2 inch of water in and coveredthe baking dish and put it in the oven for 3 hours on 250 degrees. Or bake defrosted chicken as you prefer.
-
Step 2Potatoes pierce the skins of both potatoes andput in microwave 5 minutes, turn and mic 2-3 minutes more depending on size. When pinched from sides they should give easily. set aside.
-
Step 3Corn Cut top from can and drain the liquid out. Pour into a serving dish top with butter and mic for 2-3 minutes, butter will be melted
-
Step 4To put it all together place potato on plate cut open and pich sides to open it up pour 1/2 the cheese into or over the potato, put in mic 1-1 1/2 minutes, add the corn and chicken and serve, do same with the other plate.
-
Step 5Personal preference. Eric eats it bite by bite. I prefer to cut up my chicken and potato and push it all together making it a cheesey chicken potato melt. The choice is yours but do try, it really is a good meal and cheap
