This easy money saving dish only uses 5 chicken tenders to feed a family of 4-5 people. The taste is amazing and it will bring them to the table early as the aroma us just wonderful

Ingredients

  • 2 cups noodles, cooked ( i used 1 cup spirals and 1 cup elbows)
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 medium head broccoli flowers (2 cups)
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or cloves minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • - parmesan cheese
  • - freshly ground black pepper (salt optional)
  • 5 - frozen uncooked chicken tenders (defrosted)

How To Make easy chicken broccoli alfredo casserole

  • Step 1
    Put the broccoli in water and bring to a boil, Take off heat cover and let sit 10 minutes. drain and set aside
  • Step 2
    In mean time cook noodles, drain and set aside.
  • Step 3
    In a fry pan cook chicken until done adding the garlic and italian seasonings. Take out cut into bite sized peaces and return to pan add onion and mushrooms and saute until onion is opaque and mushroom are cooked. add the noodles and broccoli and heat through add alredo sauce and heat well. transfer to a serving dish and add parmeasan cheese over top.
