Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1"-pieces
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can reduced-fat, condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 - 15 oz can peas, drained
- 2 cups instant, cooked rice
- 1 can reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place pan over med-high heat. Add chicken. Cokk, stirring, until browned.

Step 2Spray a 3-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken into bottom of casserole dish. Top w/ mushrooms. Spoon celery soup over mushrooms.

Step 3Top w/ peas and rice. Spoon mushroom soup over rice. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 20 mins, or until bubbly.
