Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli florets, uncooked
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup hellman's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup cubed fresh bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

How To Make easy broccoli parmesan

  • Step 1
    Bring water in a saucepan to a boil. Cook broccoli, covered, until crisp-tender; drain.
  • Step 2
    Place cooked broccoli in a greased 11x7x2-inch baking dish; set aside.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, combine the chicken, soup, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt and curry powder. Spoon over broccoli. Top with bread crumbs and melted butter.
  • Step 4
    Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and slightly golden.
