EASY BAKED TACO CHICKEN

It came out nice & crispy, tender & very juicy. I cooked two kinds in this recipe, I made BONE IN chicken as well as BONELESS. It all turned out really great.
I am sure you know that the bone in takes longer to cook, than the boneless, so you cook the BONE IN PIECES for 20 minutes, before you add the BONELESS PIECES to the pan, that way they all get done at the same time.
You have got to try this simple & easy recipe, I am sure YOU will LOVE IT
4 largeboneless skinless chicken breasts
5bone in chicken thighs
2 pkgtaco seasoning mix (1 oz pkg)
1 Tbspgranulated garlic powder
1 Tbspmontreal chicken seasoning
1 cparmesan/romano( grated)
1 cpanko bread crumbs (japanese bread crumbs)
How to Make EASY BAKED TACO CHICKEN
- Now add Chicken one piece at a time to zip lock bag, then shake to coat on all sides then place on prepared cookie sheet.Leave a little space between each piece. Repeat till all bone in pieces are done.Can spray lightly with non stick cooking spray if desired. Then place in oven and cook for 20 minutes.DON'T FORGET TO SET THE TIMER. During this time prepare the boneless chicken breasts.
