Ingredients
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed corflakes
- 1 - 1 0z pkg dry onion soup mix
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make easy baked chicken breasts

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. In shallow bowl whisk together, sour cream, mustard, garlic and pepper. Add chicken to bowl and turn to coat evenly.

Step 2Refrigerate chicken for 30 mins. In another shallow bowl, mix crushed cornflakes and onion soup mix. Gently press chicken into cornflake mix and place chicken in baking dish. Drizzle chicken w/ butter.

Step 3Bake 20-25 mins, or until juices run clear.
