A very easy, yet tasty version of Asian linguine chicken I made up one night when hungry for Asian food, but wanted it quick, lol.

Ingredients
- 1 pound dry linguine
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1-1/2 pound bonless, skinlees chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 6 - scallions, sliced diagonally
How To Make easy asian linguine w/ chicken

Step 1In lg pot, cook pasta as directed, drain, set aside. In same pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring, until no longer pink, about 8 mins.

Step 2Add mushrooms, garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper. Cook 5 mins, stirring often. Add hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Return pasta to pot.

Step 3Toss until well coated, cook until heated through. Add scallions and mix.
