Ingredients
- 1 pound dry linguine
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1-1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips.
- 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 6 - scallions, sliced diagonally

Step 1In lg soup pot, cook linguine as directed, drain into colander. In same pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken strips and saute until no longer pink, about 5 min. Add mushrooms, garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper. Cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add hoisin and soy sauces. Return pasta to pot. Toss until well coated. Cook 3 min more, or until heated through. Add scallions and toss.
