  • 1 lb
    dry linguine
  • 3 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1-1/2 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips.
  • 3/4 lb
    fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 3 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 c
    hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    lite soy sauce
  • 6
    scallions, sliced diagonally

How to Make Easy Asian chicken w/ linguine

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg soup pot, cook linguine as directed, drain into colander. In same pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken strips and saute until no longer pink, about 5 min. Add mushrooms, garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper. Cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add hoisin and soy sauces. Return pasta to pot. Toss until well coated. Cook 3 min more, or until heated through. Add scallions and toss.
