1In lg soup pot, cook linguine as directed, drain into colander. In same pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken strips and saute until no longer pink, about 5 min. Add mushrooms, garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper. Cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add hoisin and soy sauces. Return pasta to pot. Toss until well coated. Cook 3 min more, or until heated through. Add scallions and toss.
