Ingredients

  • 1 pound dry linguine
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1-1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips.
  • 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 6 - scallions, sliced diagonally

How To Make easy asian chicken w/ linguine

  • Step 1
    In lg soup pot, cook linguine as directed, drain into colander. In same pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken strips and saute until no longer pink, about 5 min. Add mushrooms, garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper. Cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add hoisin and soy sauces. Return pasta to pot. Toss until well coated. Cook 3 min more, or until heated through. Add scallions and toss.
