- 6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 8 oz
- mushrooms, sliced
- 1/8 c
- marsala wine
- 1/2 c
- heavy cream
- salt & pepper, to taste
How to Make Easiest Chicken Marsala
- 1Flatten chicken with a meat mallet. In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken in 2 T. water for 15 minutes or just until cooked.
- 2Push chicken to the side, add mushrooms and cook until soft. Add marsala wine and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
- 3Season with salt & pepper. Stir in cream and simmer for 4 minutes or until heated through.
