One of the easiest and tastiest meals I've made in a while. Came from the Indianapolis Star Newspaper.

Ingredients
- 4 - 6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1/8 cup marsala wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- - salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make easiest chicken marsala

Step 1Flatten chicken with a meat mallet. In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken in 2 T. water for 15 minutes or just until cooked.

Step 2Push chicken to the side, add mushrooms and cook until soft. Add marsala wine and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3Season with salt & pepper. Stir in cream and simmer for 4 minutes or until heated through.
