With the thousands of ways to prepare chicken breasts, savory flavors like honey and Dijon mustard will always remain among my favorites. This recipe is just a simple twist on traditional Honey Dijon Chicken, with the added crunch coating of Panko bread crumbs. I like to serve it with broccoli and cheese and wild rice.

3 to 4organic boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 Tbspgood dijon mustard

2 Tbspraw honey

4 Tbspbutter, organic

2/3 cpanko bread crumbs
How To Make dijon crunch tender chicken

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Dijon mustard and honey to make a sauce.

2Rinse chicken breasts and place in baking dish. Pour the sauce over chicken breasts to coat them.

3Melt butter in microwave and stir in bread crumbs.

4Sprinkle bread crumb and butter mixture over chicken breasts. With a fork, press crumbs lightly against the sauce-coated chicken breasts. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes (depending on thickness) until breasts are done.

5Serve chicken breasts with wild rice and broccoli with cheese.
