Ingredients
-
1 1/4 lbchicken breast,cut into bite size pieces..marinated in old bay,garlic powder and black pepper for 20 before addin to pot
-
4 ozbacon,cut into crisp bite size pieces[like usin 2 small boneless pork loin chops if i have them]
-
4 ozcheddar brats,1/2'ed then sliced
-
1 lbmed to lg shrimp,cooked,old bay added before addin to pot
-
1 qthome frozen tomatoes
-
1 qthome frozen tomato juice
-
1 1/2 cmixed color bell peppers, chopped
-
1 mediumwhite onion,1/2'ed then sliced
-
1 cfresh frozen asparagus,cut in bite size pieces
-
1/2 cokra, fresh,1/2'ed
-
2 mediumears of corn,removed from cob
-
2 Tbspold bay seasoning
-
2 tspsteak flavor mrs dash
-
·black pepper,to taste
-
1/3 cjarred garlic
-
4-6 dash(es)buffalo sauce
-
·mrs dash chipolte,to taste
-
1/4 ccelery leaves,dried
-
1 cinstant brown rice
-
·sprinkle chives for each servin
How to Make diabetic jamboliya
- chop/cut everything up start with chicken add the spices let rest while doin other stuff.... mix spices together ....fry bacon
- spray crock pot with non stick spray add all to it except shrimp and rice stir well turn onto high after an hr taste juices add more spice if needed keep cookin 3-4 more hrs add rice last 30 min and shrimp last 10 min
- ladle into bowls ans sprinkle chives on top and serve.......and enjoy....i also like a tall glass of ice cold diet cranberry juice with this
