day after i got out of hosp was tryin hard to cook healthier foods but was hungery for some spicey foods....added more chicken cut back on sausage added more veggies to it

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds chicken breast,cut into bite size pieces..marinated in old bay,garlic powder and black pepper for 20 before addin to pot
  • 4 ounces bacon,cut into crisp bite size pieces[like usin 2 small boneless pork loin chops if i have them]
  • 4 ounces cheddar brats,1/2'ed then sliced
  • 1 pound med to lg shrimp,cooked,old bay added before addin to pot
  • 1 quart home frozen tomatoes
  • 1 quart home frozen tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed color bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium white onion,1/2'ed then sliced
  • 1 cup fresh frozen asparagus,cut in bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup okra, fresh,1/2'ed
  • 2 medium ears of corn,removed from cob
  • 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons steak flavor mrs dash
  • - black pepper,to taste
  • 1/3 cup jarred garlic
  • 4-6 dashes buffalo sauce
  • - mrs dash chipolte,to taste
  • 1/4 cup celery leaves,dried
  • 1 cup instant brown rice
  • - sprinkle chives for each servin

How To Make diabetic jamboliya

  • Step 1
    chop/cut everything up start with chicken add the spices let rest while doin other stuff.... mix spices together ....fry bacon
  • Step 2
    spray crock pot with non stick spray add all to it except shrimp and rice stir well turn onto high after an hr taste juices add more spice if needed keep cookin 3-4 more hrs add rice last 30 min and shrimp last 10 min
  • Step 3
    ladle into bowls ans sprinkle chives on top and serve.......and enjoy....i also like a tall glass of ice cold diet cranberry juice with this
