Found this in a low fat cookbook and it sounds really good

4 lb chicken skinless and cut up
2 Tbsp
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 Tbsp
dry mustard
1 can(s)
12 oz lt. beer
1/3 c
chili sauce
3 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
4 c
hot cooked noodles
1 pkg
10 oz. tiny peas thawed


1sautee onion in butter in a large frying pan or dutch oven
2add mustard, beer, worchestershire sauce, chili sauce. stir well. add chicken pieces. turn to coat. do this over a medium heat
3reduce heat and cover simmering 20 minutes
4turn each piece of meat and continue simmering until meat is fork tender ( make sure breast meat is done)
5remove chicken pieces and keep warm. keep sauce simmering uncovered, until it reduces and thickens (about 6 to 8 minutes)
6add peas to sauce and heat thru.
7plate up hot noodles on individual plates, topping with chicken pieces and covering with some sauce
8per serving, around 461 calories
