Ingredients
- 1 - 4 lb chicken skinless and cut up
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 can 12 oz lt. beer
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups hot cooked noodles
- 1 package 10 oz. tiny peas thawed
How To Make devilishly spicy chicken

Step 1sautee onion in butter in a large frying pan or dutch oven

Step 2add mustard, beer, worchestershire sauce, chili sauce. stir well. add chicken pieces. turn to coat. do this over a medium heat

Step 3reduce heat and cover simmering 20 minutes

Step 4turn each piece of meat and continue simmering until meat is fork tender ( make sure breast meat is done)

Step 5remove chicken pieces and keep warm. keep sauce simmering uncovered, until it reduces and thickens (about 6 to 8 minutes)

Step 6add peas to sauce and heat thru.

Step 7plate up hot noodles on individual plates, topping with chicken pieces and covering with some sauce

Step 8per serving, around 461 calories
