I love this recipe. In the past 3 months I have fallen in love with curry. I love the taste and smell of it. It is so yummy. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet onion
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 - chicken bullion cube
  • 1 cup water

How To Make curry chicken

  • Onions and Garlic
    Step 1
    Put oil in pan, heat on med. Cut onion in half and then thinly slice so you have half moons. Add onions and garlic to pan, cook until tender about 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile cut thighs into quarters. Add chicken, salt&pepper, cumin and curry powder. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken bullion cube and water. Cover reduce heat to low and cook 30-40 minutes.
  • Cut up chicken
    Step 2
    While the curry is cooking make rice to serve with the curry.
