Ingredients
- 1 large sweet onion
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 - chicken bullion cube
- 1 cup water
How To Make curry chicken

Step 1Put oil in pan, heat on med. Cut onion in half and then thinly slice so you have half moons. Add onions and garlic to pan, cook until tender about 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile cut thighs into quarters. Add chicken, salt&pepper, cumin and curry powder. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken bullion cube and water. Cover reduce heat to low and cook 30-40 minutes.

Step 2While the curry is cooking make rice to serve with the curry.
