sweet onion
1 lb
boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 tsp
garlic, minced
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 tsp
4 tsp
curry powder
chicken bullion cube
1 c

How to Make Curry Chicken


  • 1Put oil in pan, heat on med. Cut onion in half and then thinly slice so you have half moons. Add onions and garlic to pan, cook until tender about 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile cut thighs into quarters. Add chicken, salt&pepper, cumin and curry powder. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken bullion cube and water. Cover reduce heat to low and cook 30-40 minutes.
  • 2While the curry is cooking make rice to serve with the curry.
