Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/4 can fat free mayo
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • dash cayenne pepper
