Deep Fry

Ingredients

6 large
chicken tenderloins
1 c
buttermilk
1 c
flour
1 Tbsp
baking powder

1/2 TEASPOONE OF THE FOLLOWING...

garlic powder
paprika
oregano, dried
seasoning salt
chipotle chili powder
celery seed
thyme, dried
black pepper
2 1/2 c
canola or peanut oil

How to Make Crunchy Tender Chicken Tenders

Step-by-Step

  • 1Get ALL SEASONING measured and ready to use
  • 2In zip lock bag put clean chicken tenders and 1/2 teaspons of ALL spices.

    REFRIGERATE aprox 1 hour
  • 3Add buttermilk in zip lock bag put back in refrigerator
  • 4Add flour, and baking powder in bag (to shake chicken in for frying).
  • 5Remove chicken from zip lock and shake in flour bag.
  • 6Remove from flour set aside 10 min, then shake in flour bag again
  • 7Brin oil to frying temp. 360 F

    Deep fry in oil til golden brown. (aprox. 6-7 min.)
  • 8ENJOY !

    I like mine with a little " HOT SAUCE" spinkled on top.
