Deep Fry


  • 6 large
    chicken tenderloins
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder

  • ·
    garlic powder
  • ·
  • ·
    oregano, dried
  • ·
    seasoning salt
  • ·
    chipotle chili powder
  • ·
    celery seed
  • ·
    thyme, dried
  • ·
    black pepper
  • 2 1/2 c
    canola or peanut oil

How to Make Crunchy Tender Chicken Tenders


  1. Get ALL SEASONING measured and ready to use
  2. In zip lock bag put clean chicken tenders and 1/2 teaspons of ALL spices.

    REFRIGERATE aprox 1 hour
  3. Add buttermilk in zip lock bag put back in refrigerator
  4. Add flour, and baking powder in bag (to shake chicken in for frying).
  5. Remove chicken from zip lock and shake in flour bag.
  6. Remove from flour set aside 10 min, then shake in flour bag again
  7. Brin oil to frying temp. 360 F

    Deep fry in oil til golden brown. (aprox. 6-7 min.)
  8. ENJOY !

    I like mine with a little " HOT SAUCE" spinkled on top.
