crunchy tender chicken tenders
This was my dinner tonight, and thought I might share. Ok ok I enjoy taking pictures. ENJOY !

Ingredients
- 6 large chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 TEASPOONE OF THE FOLLOWING...
- - garlic powder
- - paprika
- - oregano, dried
- - seasoning salt
- - chipotle chili powder
- - celery seed
- - thyme, dried
- - black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups canola or peanut oil
How To Make crunchy tender chicken tenders

Step 1Get ALL SEASONING measured and ready to use

Step 2In zip lock bag put clean chicken tenders and 1/2 teaspons of ALL spices. REFRIGERATE aprox 1 hour

Step 3Add buttermilk in zip lock bag put back in refrigerator

Step 4Add flour, and baking powder in bag (to shake chicken in for frying).

Step 5Remove chicken from zip lock and shake in flour bag.

Step 6Remove from flour set aside 10 min, then shake in flour bag again

Step 7Brin oil to frying temp. 360 F Deep fry in oil til golden brown. (aprox. 6-7 min.)

Step 8ENJOY ! I like mine with a little " HOT SAUCE" spinkled on top.
