chicken breasts, butterflied in half
1/2 bottle
raspberry-chipotle sauce
1/2 pkg
panko crumbs

How to Make Crunchy Sweet & Spicy Chicken


  • 1Trim chicken of fat, and pour sauce over each piece. Marinate for half hour.
  • 2Dip each piece evenly in panko crumbs, place on greased pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until cooked through
  • 3*If you'd like to make a dipping sauce, mix 1/2 cup sour cream & 1/4 cup of the raspberry sauce together.
