Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, butterflied in half
- 1/2 bottle raspberry-chipotle sauce
- 1/2 package panko crumbs
How To Make crunchy sweet & spicy chicken

Step 1Trim chicken of fat, and pour sauce over each piece. Marinate for half hour.

Step 2Dip each piece evenly in panko crumbs, place on greased pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until cooked through

Step 3*If you'd like to make a dipping sauce, mix 1/2 cup sour cream & 1/4 cup of the raspberry sauce together.
