This is a family favorite and super easy. Plus it is KETO. Have fun with it, switch up your pork rind flavors. Plus this reheats well in our Vortex. We always make a double batch.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pork rinds, crushed
- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs cut into 2” strips
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make crunchy chicken tenders

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Step 2Put crushed pork rinds in a shallow dish or bag to toss

Step 3Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then dip in the beaten eggs.

Step 4Dredge the chicken pieces in the pork rinds mixture, then arrange on the baking sheet.

Step 5Bake for 20 minutes until browned and crisp. Serve hot.

Step 6We switch up our pork rind flavors, we love bBQ and Buffalo style best. You can also use plain and add some paprika and chili powder. Just play around with it. We make a double batch, as these heat up well in our vortex for leftovers.
