Ingredients

  • 6
    chicken breasts, whole
  • 1 pkg
    fajita seasoning
  • 2 jar(s)
    chunky salsa (17 oz. each jar)
  • 1/2 c
    teriyaki sauce
  • EXTRAS

  • ·
    soft tortillas
  • ·
    chopped greens (i used arugula)
  • ·
    chopped red cabbage
  • ·
    shredded cheese
  • ·
    cilantro
  • ·
    lime juice

How to Make Crockpot Salsa Teriyaki Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Layer chicken breasts, fajita seasoning and salsa in crockpot.
  2. I used frozen chicken breasts and it came out great!
  3. Add teriyaki sauce. Set on low for about 8 hours, or high for about 6 hours.
  4. Serve over rice, or in tortillas, with your fave toppings. Super easy! Enjoy!
