- 1 - 98% fat free campbells cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - lipton dry oinon soup mix

Step 1Brown chicken breast in non-stick fry pan, then place in crockpot -In a bowl mix soups together

Step 2Pour soup mixture over chicken Set crock pot for at least 6 hours but it can go 8 hours Weight Watcher points "5" per serving
