    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1
    98% fat free campbells cream of mushroom soup
  • 1
    lipton dry oinon soup mix

How to Make Crockpot Low Fat Chicken


  1. Brown chicken breast in non-stick fry pan, then place in crockpot -In a bowl mix soups together
  2. Pour soup mixture over chicken
    Set crock pot for at least 6 hours but it can go 8 hours
    Weight Watcher points "5" per serving
