I love using my crockpot and this is a recipe I had found online several years ago. I've tweaked it over the years and it's one of my go to meals on busy days when I'm out of the house most of the day.

Ingredients
- 1 can black beans ( 16 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans ( 16 oz )
- 1 can corn ( 16 oz ) drained
- 1 can tomatoe sauce ( 8 oz)
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with chili peppers ( 14.5 oz )
- 1 package taco seasoning mix ( 1.25 oz )
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
How To Make crockpot chicken taco stew

Step 1Mix everything together in a slow cooker except chicken. Lay chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 30 minutes before serving remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. Serve with cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips. Delicious served over brown rice too.
