Ingredients
- 2 cups better than bouillon chicken (2 tsps + 2 cups water)
- 2 cans rotel diced tomatores with green chiles
- 18 ounces raw chicken breasts
- 2 packages sliced white mushrooms (small square pkg)
- 1 package stir fry mix (bell peppers of varying colors with sliced onion)
- - seasoning to preference/taste

Step 1Combine ingredients in cock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken in crock pot before serving.

Step 2Each serving has 1 Lean, 3 Greens, and condiments according to what was added. I prefer to add pepper, chili powder, basil leaves, and either garlic powder or shaved garlic.
