Ingredients

  • 2 c
    better than bouillon chicken (2 tsps + 2 cups water)
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel diced tomatores with green chiles
  • 18 oz
    raw chicken breasts
  • 2 pkg
    sliced white mushrooms (small square pkg)
  • 1 pkg
    stir fry mix (bell peppers of varying colors with sliced onion)
  • ·
    seasoning to preference/taste

How to Make Crockpot Chicken Taco Soup (Medifast L&G)

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine ingredients in cock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken in crock pot before serving.
  2. Each serving has 1 Lean, 3 Greens, and condiments according to what was added. I prefer to add pepper, chili powder, basil leaves, and either garlic powder or shaved garlic.
