1Spray your crock pot with Pam. Place a few celery pieces in the bottom of the pot. Place the chicken onto the celery and arrange the rest around the pot. Salt and pepper the chicken. Add the garlic. Add the green beans and spinach over the chicken. If you want sprinkle pepper and garlic over the vegetables. Add the sliced onion. Place the lid on the pot. Cook on low for 5 hours. This is awesome with cooked rice! Enjoy!
