As I sat there looking at the chicken thighs a thought popped into my head, spices. So I started with this and added that, now the smell coming from the crock pot is nothing less that a feast fit for the Gods.

Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken thights (or any 4 pieces of chicken)
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    (grill mates) smokey mesquete seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    (grill mates) chicken and rib rub

How to Make Crock Pot Spicy Sensation Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Put the chicken skin side up in a crock pot and sprinkle heavily with spices. Cook on high 4 hours or on low 7-8 hours.
  2. Cheaters notes:

    I put the chicken in frozen and put on high 5 1/2 hours. Worked out wonderful. After an hour and a half just comeback and place the chicken with skin side up and then add spices.
