Crock Pot Chicken
·salt and pepper to taste
·garlic powder to taste
1onion, chopped or ringed, your choice
1-2red, green or yellow bell pepper, sliced or chopped
1-4 tspminced garlic
How to Make Crock Pot Chicken
- Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Place skin side down in crock pot. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over chicken.
- If you choose to add other flavors, do so before the onions and peppers. Spoon garlic onto chicken. Top with onion rings and bell pepper slices.
- Place lid on slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low. When you get home, turn off crock pot and let the chicken sit to keep warm while you throw rice in the cooker and cook a few veggies to go with this. Place the chicken on a serving plate, top with extra onion or pepper for garnish.
