Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

Virgina Costigan

This is a delicious, low fat meal that has been a hit with many, including the kids. It's fantastic for get togethers like Super Bowl Sunday. Instead of greasy Chicken wings, serve this!

  • 2-3 lbs lb
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 -1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 20 oz bottle
buffalo sauce or favorite wing sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter (optional)

How to Make Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

  1. Place chicken breast in Crock pot. (I've used frozen ones and just let it cook longer.)
  2. Sprinkle dry ranch dressing mix on top.
  3. Pour favorite sauce to cover chicken.
  4. Let cook for 4-6 hours. If frozen, on high or low will do just fine if thawed.
  5. When the chicken is cooked, shred with 2 forks.

If too spicy to taste, add a couple of tablespoons of butter and stir.
  6. Serve on hamburger or potato buns for a meal.
May also be served on rolls or Hawaiian rolls for snack size.

Top with blue cheese or ranch dressing and ENJOY!
