I like experimenting with food.It is my favorite pastime. Recently, I found out that I am allergic to many foods. So I have been experimenting again and came up with this easy finger licken crockpot chicken. My family loves it.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken, fryer
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 large onion, cut intoslices
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into slices
How To Make crock-a-hoola-chicken

Step 1Fry and place chicken pieces into crockpot.

Step 2Into frying fat, mix flour, 1 cup water, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, soysauce, and vinegar. Cook until thick like gravy.

Step 3Put onion, pepper, and pineapple tidbits on top of chicken.

Step 4Pour sauce over top. Cover and cook on low 3 hours.

Step 5When done, serve with steamed rice, or udan stir noodles.
