I like experimenting with food.It is my favorite pastime. Recently,
I found out that I am allergic to many foods. So I have been experimenting again and came up with this easy finger licken crockpot chicken. My family loves it.

Ingredients

3 lb
chicken, fryer
1 c
water
1/3 c
pineapple juice
2 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
vinegar
2 Tbsp
flour
1 large
onion, cut intoslices
1 large
green bell pepper, cut into slices

How to Make Crock-A-Hoola-Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Fry and place chicken pieces into crockpot.
  • 2Into frying fat, mix flour, 1 cup water, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, soysauce, and vinegar. Cook until thick like gravy.
  • 3Put onion, pepper, and pineapple tidbits on top of chicken.
  • 4Pour sauce over top. Cover and cook on low 3 hours.
  • 5When done, serve with steamed rice, or udan stir noodles.
