Ingredients

4-6chicken breast cutlets

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspolive oil
-
5 clovegarlic, smashed
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 cchicken broth
-
1 cmilk
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 cspinach, fresh chopped
-

How to Make Creamy Garlic/Spinach Chicken
- salt and pepper the cutlets, add 1 tablespoon of the butter and the olive oil in a saute pan.
- Brown cutlets on each side ( about 1 min per side) set aside.
- In same pan after you remove the cutlets, add the garlic, chicken broth, milk & cornstarch ( first mix the milk and cornstarch, to make a slurry) now whisk in slowly it will form a nice light gravy...add chicken back in and top with the spinach...cover and simmer 20 mins...chicken will finish cooking in the delicious sauce.
