Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound chicken tenderloins,cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1-1/2 medium yellow onion,diced
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 2 cups fresh mushroom,quartered
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 12 ounces bag,egg noodles
- 1-1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup

Step 1In a large sauce pan, cook noodles until Al Dente'.set aside.

Step 2Pour 2 T. canola oil into tall-sided skillet. Add chicken.Brown chicken until no longer pink. Stir in All veggies,except mushrooms. Saute' veggies with chicken, until veggies are crisp tender. Add Condesed Cream of Chicken soup (Do not delute!) Stir in Sour cream. Combined well!

Step 3Add Pasta.Stir to combined. Dinner in 1 Skillet! Enjoy!
