Creamy Chicken & Veggie Strogganoff
Ingredients

1-1/2 lbchicken tenderloins,cut into bite-sized pieces

1-1/2 mediumyellow onion,diced

1 ccarrots, chopped

2 cfresh mushroom,quartered

1 cbroccoli florets
-
12 ozbag,egg noodles

1-1/2 csour cream
-
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
How to Make Creamy Chicken & Veggie Strogganoff
- In a large sauce pan, cook noodles until Al Dente'.set aside.
- Pour 2 T. canola oil into tall-sided skillet. Add chicken.Brown chicken until no longer pink. Stir in All veggies,except mushrooms. Saute' veggies with chicken, until veggies are crisp tender. Add Condesed Cream of Chicken soup (Do not delute!) Stir in Sour cream. Combined well!
- Add Pasta.Stir to combined.
Dinner in 1 Skillet! Enjoy!
