Ingredients
- 8 ounces ronzoni garden delight penne pasta
- 2 - chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, snipped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, snipped
- 10 ounces light alfredo sauce, like classico's
- 3/4 cup oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained, sliced thin
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make creamy chicken & pasta bake

Step 1Cook pasta as directed, drain. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook shallots and garlic 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook for 4 mins, stirring. Add broth, basil and parsley. Cook 1 min.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine pasta, chicken mix, alfredo sauce, dried tomatoes, milk, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and pepper. mix well.

Step 3Transfer mix to baking diah. Sprinkle w/ remaining parmesan cheese. Cover, bake 15 mins. Uncover, bake 15 more mins.
