Ingredients For creamy chicken & pasta bake

    ronzoni garden delight penne pasta
  • 2
    chopped shallots
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 12 oz
    boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    fresh basil, snipped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, snipped
  • 10 oz
    light alfredo sauce, like classico's
  • 3/4 c
    oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained, sliced thin
  • 1/3 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp

How To Make creamy chicken & pasta bake

    Cook pasta as directed, drain. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook shallots and garlic 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook for 4 mins, stirring. Add broth, basil and parsley. Cook 1 min.

    In lg bowl, combine pasta, chicken mix, alfredo sauce, dried tomatoes, milk, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and pepper. mix well.

    Transfer mix to baking diah. Sprinkle w/ remaining parmesan cheese. Cover, bake 15 mins. Uncover, bake 15 more mins.
