How to Make Creamy Chicken and Artichokes
- 1Cook artichokes according to package directions, drain.
- 2NOTE : I've used canned artichoke hearts ,it's just as good and easier to prepare.
- 3Arrange in (greased) baking dish.
- 4Brown chicken in oil.
- 5Place chicken on top of artichokes.
- 6Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
- 7Pour over chicken.
- 8Sprinkle with cheese.
- 9Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over all.
- 10Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
