Ingredients
- 2 packages artichokes
- 10 - chicken cutlets
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
How To Make creamy chicken and artichokes

Step 1Cook artichokes according to package directions, drain.

Step 2NOTE : I've used canned artichoke hearts ,it's just as good and easier to prepare.

Step 3Arrange in (greased) baking dish.

Step 4Brown chicken in oil.

Step 5Place chicken on top of artichokes.

Step 6Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice.

Step 7Pour over chicken.

Step 8Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 9Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over all.

Step 10Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
