Creamy Chicken and Artichokes

2 pkgartichokes

10chicken cutlets

3 Tbspoil

2 ccream of chicken soup

1 cmayonnaise

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/2 cshredded cheese

1/2 cbread crumbs

1 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make Creamy Chicken and Artichokes
- Cook artichokes according to package directions, drain.
- NOTE : I've used canned artichoke hearts ,it's just as good and easier to prepare.
- Arrange in (greased) baking dish.
- Brown chicken in oil.
- Place chicken on top of artichokes.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over all.
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
