Ingredients
- 2 1/4 ounces gelatin, unflavored
- 1/2 cup water, cold
- 1/2 cup water, cold
- 1 14 ounces canned, whole cranberry sauce
- 1 14 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup icing sugar/powdered sugar
How To Make cranberry mold

Step 1Sprinkle the gelatin over the first amount of water in a small saucepan...Let stand 1 minute...Heat and stir until dissolved...

Step 2Add: the second amount of water....Pour into a medium bowl... Stir in the remaining ingredients...Chill, stirring and scraping down sides often, until it shows signs of thickening....

Step 3Pour into a 6 cup mold...and Chill....This serves 8 - 10
